Attention Existing Customers: Scanner compatibility varies by Remote Deposit product. Please contact Simmons Bank Customer Service at 800.551.4471 to confirm whether you use Remote Deposit Complete (RDC) or Remote Deposit Now (RDN) before making a purchase.

Simmons Bank is not liable for incompatible devices ordered by the customer. If an incorrect model is selected, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including purchase price, shipping, and tax.
